Great Class!
This was another great class from NCA. Really well presented and a good overview of the applications throughout various body pain syndromes. Thank you so much for this. Your information makes me a better chiropractor. I greatly appreciated the diagrams of pain locations and nerve pathways that you were covering. I have some learning deficits so it's incredibly helpful that I can rewind and watch the replay to get the information that was presented. It takes me longer than 3 hours as there is such a plethora of information in them that I want to write down. Thanks again for creating this platform.

the NCA dermal traction method will change both your clinical mindset and your patient outcomes, this is a necessary arrow to have in your quiver.

Review of Dermal Traction Method
Thank you for giving me access to your site again. I have been using Dermal Taction Method (Yank Away Pain) in my practice since 2017, and have found it to be effective. On the self-treatment for the suprascapular nerve you put the cup on over the supraspinatus while the supraspinatus was in a stretched position. I found the cupping can be more effective if you place the cup when the muscle is in a contracted position, as you get more of a stretch on the muscle. I have been playing with using multiple cups around a joint to help improve range of motion. I can pin five areas at once, which would be impossible to do with my hands. Here is a video showing pin and stretch work for the rotator cuff. https://massagelibrary.com/video/pin-and-stretch-with-cups/ I found that lifting the skin for the YAPing is easier when I use a silicone sheet to get a better grip. You may be familiar with Dycem, as it is used by therapists that practice Dermoneuromodulation. They use it to traction the skin, but it also can be used for lifting. I found something that has a better grip and is less expensive. Here is a link for it. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BHZSJRBZ?th=1 It comes in a 10-foot roll, so I cut it into hand sized pieces to use in my practice. I have been sharing this when I teach massage CE classes and have been told it is a game changer, as it is much easier on the hands than just lifting with the fingers. I hope you find these suggestions helpful. Thank you for your good work. James Mally www.massagelibrary.com
